What the status means

  • New: Your order has been entered in our system. Most orders will ship in 2- 6 business days.
  • Processing: Parts for your order are in stock and your order is in production. Expect shipping in 1-2 days.
  • 2 Week Lead Time: Orders placed for wood trim and other custom items will see this message..
  • Back Order: Parts are out of stock. We will email you the details or you can call us for additional information.
  • Shipped: Your order is on its way to you. Now click on your order ID Number for details and a link to track.
