Buying a fluorescent lighting fixture on-line is a difficult decision. You are making a purchase from a two dimensional image that may turn out to be completely different from what you expected. You are buying an item for your home or office that you will likely live with for many years to come. That is why it is our mission at Brodwax Lighting to treat you just the way we'd like to be treated ourselves. We have set up these policies to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one.

We stand behind our products, and have them in our own office and homes. We are confident that you will love your new light(s). If, however, you are not completely satisfied, we'll gladly issue you a complete refund of your full purchase price, no questions asked, including the cost of shipping both ways. Just let us know you want to make a return, and we will arrange for the pick-up and issue you a refund.......that's our guarantee to you.

Shipping

Our shipping charges will range from $8.50 up to $29.50 per order. No matter how many items you add to the shopping cart, the most we will ever charge you for shipping per order is $29.50. And if your order exceeds $1000, we will ship it for FREE! Most items will ship via Federal Express or UPS ground. Some larger shipments will go via LTL carriers. Many of our boxes are very large and ship out as oversized shipments. We do not pass those charges on to you. Next day, second day, and three day shipping is available by special request, however, be advised that the larger items in our line get very costly if you use this service.

Our normal turnaround time for processing your order is anywhere from 1-7 business days. Many items, such as our Super Sleek under cabinet / display lighting, ship in 24 hours. Other items, like our large wood trimmed ceiling fluorescent fixtures are manufactured to order, and take longer. In order to expedite orders we may choose to ship from different warehouse locations throughout the United States. We will also ship partial orders unless we are expressly instructed not to.

THREE -Year Replacement Parts Warranty - an industry exclusive

We use the highest quality components in our fixtures, and we expect them to provide you with years of trouble free service. During the first three years of ownership of our products, In the unlikely event that one of the electrical components should fail (ballast, sockets, wiring, etc.) we will either replace the part or the complete fixture for you. In addition, all white acrylic plastics are guaranteed not to yellow or we will replace it free. This is the best warranty in the lighting industry!
