How to use this service

  • When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with an Order ID number.
  • To see the current status of that order enter the number in the view order box above.
  • To see all the orders you have placed with us, enter your email address in the view all orders box.
  • If you did not receive a confirmation email, or have any questions please contact us at support@brodwax.com
  • Please note that it can take up to one hour for orders to appear in our database.

What the status means

  • Entered in system: Your order has been entered in our system, but no parts have been allocated. Your order will usually ship in 6 business days or less, unless there is an out of stock condition.
  • Processing or In Production: Parts for your order are in stock and your order is in production. Shipping usually occurs in 1-3 days from this point.
  • Back Order: Parts are out of stock. Please email or call us for additional information.
  • Shipped: Your order is on its way to you. Please click the link for tracking information.
