Online Order Status
Check the status of your order(s) 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. Simply enter your order number or email address below.
Note: This system can not track orders placed via
Google Checkout. Users of Google Checkout please click here
to access your Google Checkout account.
How to use this service
- When you place your order you will receive a
confirmation email with an Order ID number.
- To see the current status of that order enter
the number in the view order box above.
- To see all the orders you have placed with us,
enter your email address in the view all orders box.
- If you did not receive a confirmation email,
or have any questions please contact us at support@brodwax.com
- Please note that it can take up to one hour
for orders to appear in our database.
What the status means
- Entered in system: Your order has been
entered in our system, but no parts have been allocated. Your order
will usually ship in 6 business days or less, unless there is an out
of stock condition.
- Processing or In Production: Parts for
your order are in stock and your order is in production. Shipping usually
occurs in 1-3 days from this point.
- Back Order: Parts are out of stock. Please email
or call us for additional information.
- Shipped: Your order is on its way to
you. Please click the link for tracking information.
