What if one of the units I purchase is defective. What is the return policy and who covers the shipping cost.

Yes we do ship to Canada. As to the shipping, everything gets shipped via UPS. For smaller items, like our puck lights or Super Sleek fluorescent fixtures and LED lights, the shipping charge will be what you see in your shopping cart. For larger items like the fluorescent ceiling fixtures, we will notify you via email of the additional shipping costs. Some of our very large fixtures do get quite expensive to ship. Customs, duties, and /or taxes involved will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by UPS.
